My art is a reflection of the weather’s ever-changing elements and their impact on the landscape.
I strive to capture these diverse and fleeting moments through watercolour, conveying a sense of energy or calm.
Through my work, I also wish to communicate my love for vast open spaces, wilderness and solitude, and light and shadow.
Watercolours are my chosen medium as they offer a delicate balance between intention and chance. The way the pigments flow and interact brings an element of surprise that extends my original vision of a piece.
Through my work, I seek to evoke a feeling, a memory or a sense of place.
